Lienwotue Patrick

The Founding President of AFIHA-Cameroon and also its General Administrator, is a Principal Civil Administrator, holder of the National Order of Merit. He spent 20 years of service in the North-West region, including 4 years in the midst of the so-called Anglophone crisis.  Upon graduating from the National School of Administration and Magistracy (NSAM) in 2001, he was assigned as 1st Deputy Prefect of the Donga-Mantung department until 2006 before being appointed to the position of sub-prefect, which he held in four different districts, namely: Belo, Furu-Awa, Oku and Fungom. A career that gives him a perfect command of the region, headquarters of AFIHA.

After the destruction of the sub-prefecture of the Fungom district by the separatists in 2020, he was called to other functions before being appointed as Director of Human Resources of the Senate on February 9, 2023, a position he holds to this day.

Before joining NSAM, he served as a Translator and Interpretor at the Nigerian Embassy in Yaoundé from 1994 to 1999.
